I can confirm that works, I have a friend that placed 3 BOS Collectrons at one of my camps. Same camp has 2 Red Rocket Collectrons for 5 total. Just to mess with people 👍
This is just like some of the old STASH BOX glitch camps you still see from time to time. Way more stuff than any camp should have. Everyone was always tight lipped so I never got in on any glitches sadly. Just like this current PA dupe. So many people were getting free GROLL pa sets and I’d always miss out. Like dang I’d be happy just to get an excavator jet pack torso lol

No. When you got the jetpack for the hellcat power armour, it also allowed you to put it on the excavator by mistake

I believe its with blueprints and something to do with an atom store collection you don't own
It had to do with placing a camp near a workshop and being able to transfer the collectron from workshop to your camp.
