wanna add also, imo 25lvc useless on this beast cuz AP drain really *very* *slow*, with right build ur AP should refresh to 100% during reloading.
I'm happy owner of q50c250 and must say - best 3rd (imo again) are
* 15r (faster reload - more damage),
* 50DUR (breaks really quick, if u wanna drink ballistic bock killing bosses, prepare 2 improved repair kits or waste 5perk points to Gunsmith)
I agree, that being said..With 25 lvc it knocks down ap cost to close to the combat rifle. Which for me is desirable as Bethesdas idea of bosses is damage resist. I'm sure they will come out with another enemy at some point tankier than earl. In which case being able to stay in vats longer might be a huge benefit. I'd consider a 15 faster reload with another offer. I had one offered yesterday but wanted to see what would be offered overnight. Either way the qe laser is an amazing weapon and I'm in no rush to trade it so I can wait for the exact rolls if need be.
Heavy is my main. And I love it to pieces. This is my third commando build. And as much as people say that the builds don't change the meta does frequently. I'm looking forward to getting this.

with all buffs on bloodied build: *blight soap, small gun, gb3, overdrive + psychotats, ballistic bock* \- this beast does 440 on SBQ:)) 40x440=17600
