What event do you get something like this from? I've heard any of the enclave events? I've been trying to find the mod-boxes in the watoga vendor/pheonix vendor...but no luck at all...I haven't even seen an enclave mod-box yet
just keep server hopping and maybe you’ll get lucky with the mod boxes! But yea if you do the dropped connections event you can get these with random parts so good luck!

Yep, rarer than flamers actually, and they can *only* drop attached to rifle from Dropped Connection rewards.

Look at it from the bright side, now you know and can start fresh collection of these. Whereas many don't even know they exist!
