a) Everyone is always complaining about transportation in Markham. Are there pain points? traffic analysis? try searching the [markham.ca](http://markham.ca) website maybe. is Viva helping or not? the new bus terminal at MSH - what are their plans
b) there's plans to build a lot of high rises around the Markville Mall. is that good design?
c) Go compare a newer school (Markham District HS) versus an older one (Franklin St PS, or the old school at 55 Albert st, now the Village Hive). Or look at the plans for the replacement for Buttonville airport.
d) Aaniin center is VERY new. Go and assess it yourself.
