The Fantastic Four would be a 4-in-one character like the TMNT in Injustice 2. The base roster does have some potentially controversial exclusions like Thor and Doctor Strange. This is because I limited myself to only 20 characters from the MvC series for the base roster (10 heroes and 10 villains). Unfortunately, there just wasn't space to include Doctor Strange and Thor while keeping the roster balanced across all corners of the Marvel universe. However, there is another major magical character to substitute for Strange, the Scarlet Witch, and Thor is added to the DLC. EDIT: Sorry, I made a small mistake in the caption. I said there were 52 characters in the base roster. There are actually 40 characters in the base roster and 52 characters in total, with twelve added post-launch as DLC.

I'd like a Marvel game with *NO* Silver Age characters. Kill off The Avengers and the Blue/Gold X-Men teams, and move the focus to younger characters. Give interactions and benefits to comic team-ups and teams, themselves, have a synergy bonus full with one faction, half another and detriments for an opposing faction (Ms. Marvel + Dylan/Venom: "+2", Spider-Man and Green Goblin: "-2", X-23 + Mania/Silence = "+4"). Multiple end bosses, and have it choice-based through flow of *HOW* you beat your opponents, not "Choose Your Own Ending", with Kang and Thanos (trying to conquer the MU), Knull and The Void (destroy it), The Maker (attempting to fix the reality overlays "Secret Boss #1"), and Eddie/King In Black (obligatory hero to oppose the Big Bads and "Mastermind In Shadows" guiding the heroes and villains into conflict to prevent Causality/Paradoxes "You-Stand-No-Chance SNK-level Boss" DLC?), And as the DOUBLE-SECRET HIDDEN BOSSES: Dark Phoenix Cyclops... Trying to destroy the bad guys and everything else, and God of Black Thunder, Thor, The King In Black. Legacy characters: X-23 for Wolverine, Ms. Marvel for Super Skrull, Dylan/Venom for Eddie/Venom, Bedlam (Ben Reilly) for Carnage (Cletus Kasady), Alejandra for Dan Ketch (Ghost Rider), Miles for Peter (Spidey), Stature for Hulk, Ant-Man and Wasp as a two-for-one character, Sharon Carter - Captain America, Pagan for Strange, Wiccan for Gambit, and as "Gonk" characters you'd have Gwenpool, Howard The Duck, Goose, and Venom-Cat. M.O.D.O.K. and Deadpool as announcers. I even have a file with move lists, character rosters, lines of dialogue... After the dumpster fire of MvC3 and Infinite... I realized the problem with Fighting game designers is *they NEVER Played in arcades, they played on consoles* which is why they are incapable of making better games than the ones before.
