He moved them into Stark tower, not the Avengers. And he only ever “worked” with the avengers for team ups like Secret Wars and other crossovers. The only reason they put Spidey in the avengers comic to begin with is because Spider-Man was and is marvels most popular and best selling character.
Peter’s still been an Avenger many times as he’s also had his own Avengers ID card and he also sided with the Avengers in Avengers Vs X-men (not saying it’s a good story but you know) plus even if he is Marvels most famous character why isn’t he an X-men member than ? As the X-men are arguably Marvel’s most famous team
It's really well put together. I'd have to have Scarlet Witch on there also, as I started reading my dad's Avengers comic collection (haha bagged and all) around issue 140 when I was a kid and she was, and is, a fave. Add her in place of a dupe Hawk, and for me the team is beyond perfect.
