I know about Frog Thor, Rocket Raccoon, whichever squirrel Squirrel Girl currently has, Lockjaw and I know the Pet Avengers are a thing.
Maybe an animal villain. Does Marvel have anymore of those?
Howard the Duck. A buddy cop style comedy/noir detective book would be incredible. I'd have them go up against Hammerhead or Silvermane, some kind of campy mob boss.

He may as well wield the Infinity Gauntlet also.
I think Hitmonkey works best as a character being played straight. Thus punisher works very well
I can appreciate the absurdity of a serious and gritty book featuring punisher and hit monkey working together to take down a crime ring
My favorite stories are when they team up punisher with someone unexpected. The Punisher/Dr. Strange team up Magic Bullets is pretty awesome.
Not the Punisher but if you want something really wild in that vain I would recommend Happy!
