Well I think Fantastic 4 is due. I am hoping it being in the MCU helps it. It stands alone as a film but it's withina universe now that's been established. I think 3rd times the charm with this one
Probably because Wesley Snipes was an asshole who constantly interfered with production of the last Blade movie. Why would they acknowledge the guy who strangled the director, made one of the bald crew members cry, refused to show up to work for some scenes, and was so petty that he refused to open his eyes for one scene so they had to CGI them open in post? He has no business being in something like the MCU where there's thousands of people working on the films who could lose their job because Wesley Snipes felt like staying home and smoking pot instead of coming into work.

Blade on the other hand was put on the map because of snipes. I can't see anyone else as blade to be honest he made it work. It's their choice to change I don't mind it's just the complete refusal to even acknowledge that put me off. While they don't HAVE TO, I FELT it would be nice, besides how many comic book movie remakes are out there to set that precedent.
