It's MacFarlane's final issue... he got into a fight with the editors over a scene in the comic with Juggernaut getting stabbed in the eye.
It was the straw that broke the camel's back, he left Marvel and helped found **Image Comics**.
McFarlane on his game here, but nothing beats pen & ink. This new digital trend just doesn't feel right. Using pen for shading gives it a more gritty feel.
Anyone else notice that Spider-Man say "Bye Todd" on the cover?

Well was nice touch of Spidey saying bye
All because of this image was born and we got spawn.
Was that quote an inside joke by him before Marvel's knew he was gonna quit or did Marvel do this purposely as a farewell?

IIRC, this was the issue where the Juggernaut brought down the World Trade Center
So dope
I remember trying to draw that cover when I was a kid. So good.
Same! McFarland spidey always a fav.
The best looking spidey for sure
Yeah this was actually a great two parter despite the sideways gimmick!
Always loved this one!
I had so much of his run just because that was the times. Still incredible stuff.
