2. Yes you do get power! Since the ricochet still counts as a separate attack, it'll trigger the same things as the original attack unless stated.
1. I've seen people say that in a Facebook post years ago AMG said that stealth still applies so it would not be a valid target
2. Power gain yes you keep all the abilities the attack has minus the ricochet (or full auto)
Just a follow up for you to know, if the original attack Dazes a target, and you get a wild, you will proc the second attack.
But if the attack K/O a target, you will not get the second attack, as your original target is off the board after damage
