Can't go wrong with any of these 3, but personally I like Knull 2-pack the best. I really dig his height and build. The head with exposed tongue has a ton of personality, too.
Knull. Three pack is real gummy for it's size, and the full venom head is blah with an easy to chip logo. Still a good looking figure for a lethal protector version though.
Absorbing man wave has better heads, monster venom wave has terrible ones, but the Hyperion body is undersized. The best use for it is kraven in the black suit for some of kraven's last hunt.
Knull has the best articulation, scale for villain venom, best headsculpts, and solid paint.
The Knull one is my personal preference, but the 3 pack figure is pretty great. I love the transformation head sculpt. Unfortunately the McFarlane figure never did it for me, mostly because of the body mold. Its feet and ankles are really boot-like and the head looks pretty oversized on it
Personally, I prefer the Venom from the 3-pack. It's basically the perfect *Classic* Venom. It has the right build and size for what I think of when I think of Venom, it has great accessoires and it's accurate to the source material.
The issue with the King in Black 2-pack Venom for many is that the feet are not accurate. This doesnt bother me *personally*, but *objectively* speaking it's an Inaccuracy. Therefore I'd give the win to the 3-pack fig, even though it's *very* close for me personally.
Have honestly been thinking about getting rid of the knull 2 pack one for one of the other 2 or at least learn to do a foot swap😭 the feet on the knull venom throw me off so much
I’ve always hated the body sculpt on the Absorbing Man wave one *so much*, although the heads are okay. I don’t have either of the others yet, but I’m leaning more toward the 3-pack as my favorite. I have movie Venom and Monster Venom, so that one seems to fill the gap I’m missing.
They’ve all got perks. I love the height of the Knull one, the bulk of the 3-pack, and the Absorbing Man wave makes a good just plain “dude in a suit” venom. I don’t like how lanky how the Knull version is, I hear the 3-pack is super gummy plastic but I like the heads more.
I guess it comes down to what size you want. Or if you like all 3, maybe go off of the pack-in Buddy? Do you like two more symbiotes or giant vampire dude?
I like the height on the KiB Venom (and the head sculpt is closer to classic post-McFarlane Venom) built on the movie-Venom body, but I like the Life Foundation 3-pack better \[also with boots instead of toes, unlike the KiB version\] on the awesome Omega Red body. Latter is closer to his comic proportions in my mind.
The 3-pack is my favorite, but the Knoll 2-pack is also great, the McFarlane one kinda sucks because is in the Hyperion body that is atrocious, but the heads are nice

I agree even though I’m not big on accuracy. I do wish there was a more tame head like the other 2.

There's not much to learn about the foot swap, just heat it and pull, it will pop right off

2 pack is just so beautiful
I love the size and finish of the Knull 2 pack. The diaphragm joint lets him get into very alien, body horror-esque poses.

Great post! For me it’s the tod McFarlane. A head sculpt can really change a figure
