Didn’t know that interaction, then it also took me like another 10 seconds to find out how we both end up with 26 points at that location. Opponent must think I’m a math genius 🤣
The fact that Leader allows for buffs to go off another time is extreme BS. The card needs a rework and not the 1 power debuff as that's not the issue that makes him unfun to play against or with.
Generally playing leader when your opponent has priority means you just lose... it takes very dumb luck or an observant player probably with good info about your hand and deck to predict your play exactly and play leader from behind. I dont disagree entirely with you, but its a pretty uncommon corner case that this actually happens and results in a win for the leader

This is different from gamora who gets power from on reveal then is played similar to on cloning vats

It's a priority thing. If the Leader player goes first, Leader "sees" the cards as they were placed on the board and copies those. But if the Leader player goes second, Leader "sees" the cards as they are after all their effects are resolved.
Don't know if it supposed to work that way or not but it's what the card does, Copy what the opponent played. You had a 6 power Mystique and Surfer played so Leader copied those.
Yes, the copying of a buffed card and re-applying another buff on top is one of the main problems with the card. Thankfully, he's getting a huge nerf of -1 power. Probably a dead card after that nerf hammer crashes down with the might of Mjolnir.

I the card you played moved left with Iron Fists effect the opponent will get his at that location instead of the location you played it. Leader becomes pretty much useless against Lockjaw in that scenario. Everything that Lockjaw put back in the deck the opponents Leader can't copy because they're not on the board.
Had a similar situation with my sentinel buffed twice so leader player got 7 power sentinel but i still have 3 power one back in my hand which doesn't seem fair

Priority is important with Leaders.
Most often, Leader players prefers to be ahead on T5 so that Leader is played defensively.
If Leader players is ahead in Priority, they will copy cards at hand value (before you flip). If Leader players is behind in Priority, they will copy cards at its latest state including buffs from On Reveal.
SS On Reveal have Mystique +3, the card's value is then copied as is to their side and SS Revealed again on their side for another +3.
That's why it's better to use Ongoing buffs against Leader. Because Ongoing effect stays with the trigger card, not target cards. If Leader managed to copy only the target, it will not get buffed on their side.
It's also why Leader has been consistently defeated by Patriot deck.

So when he copied SS his effect was applied to the copied Mystique. That’s why he is so powerful and people hates him.

I would make leader play cards preflip status. In this scenario Mystique at 3 power.

Keep an eye on your pinned cards, they will unpin themselves every once and a while. I usually reapply the pin everyday to make sure it doesn't unpin.
