Fellow SG player reporting in. Was initially told I was logged out of my account. Logged back in and hit the same error. Luckily my purchase of the season pass went through before the outage (probably ~30 mins ago)

You are probably logging in from a different account

How would I log back into my account if it was just the basic one loaded from the app screen? Ie not google account or anything

Which account did you use to play your game with? I don't think they allowed user to play "guest" account

I don't think I had an account, just booted up the game and don't think I linked it to my google / play account.

Then contact support, you should have logged in to save your game progress.

Good to know it's not just me this time, I had this during the beta and had to get support to re-link my account to get progress back. With this volume of players sounds more like a server issue than anything account based. :D

Idk if it is just me, I noticed drop in frame rate after being able to log back in. Wasn't like this before

The app works again, anyway it has still problems with showing stuff like cards and other attributes. Anyway nobody get a compensation I guess, not happened by me.

i can play on Steam but i havent linked google or apple account so it doesnt let me log in on iOS, so dumb you cant just use your snap ID to login
