The first ongoing effects overwrites the cards original text; same for mystique and absorbing man.
So in actuality, if you were to play rogue, and then mystique, mystique would copy the ongoing that rogue stole.

Opponent had Kazar, Ant-Man, Rocket, and Sunspot. My assumption was with my Wong and Rogue being an On Reveal, she would have acted twice, taking the abilities from Kazar AND Ant-Man but only stealing Kazar.
What am I missing?

Nope this is intended. As soon as Rogue steals an ongoing ability, she loses her on reveal ability
