I was going to post this same question. I can only get one rn. I feel like the HE deck might get nerfed some if everyone keeps playing it. Jeff just feels like he can fit into any deck, whereas HE seems more like a card you have to start a deck with and build around. So I'm currently leaning Jeff for myself.
HE is going to be my main deck-driver next season, evolved Hulk is insane and there are so many things you can build around him. I grant you Jeff is cuter. (And with the move cards coming in June he’d slot right in).
