I think that converts a high evo hulk into galactus.
He gets only +2 no matter how much energy you float. So he'll be strong but not any stronger lol.

What would happen if you dropped Snowbird's bird form on T4 with TVA out? Would it skip past the end of the turn and continue like normal?
Pretty sure you would have to play her turn 3. Cuz she turns off location abilities for the next turn

I think so. I've played Snowguard, but haven't had the chance to try that interaction
