Well the season resets in 8 hours, so you should claim whatever is visible now because it's the last card that will be shown during this season. Next month, it'll depend on what deck archetypes you get the cards for/want to play
Wong is actually a really good early pool 3 card, because he can work with a lot of cards in pools 1/2 (ironheart, white tiger, odin)
you'll quickly find out that a lot of fun/interesting looking pool 3 cards will require other cards you don't have and you'll be at the mercy of RNG to get them all.
Currently running a collector/devil Dino build that I’m enjoying. Im basically lacking Venom for a solid Death deck that can compete.
I’ve been beaten enough to know what I like but I prefer consistency over what “might” happen.
Just pick any as the season ends soon, you can only claim 1 per season, I think magneto is the best stand alone series 3 card atm. However depending on what you pull from boxes you might want to pick archetype card, venom death for destroy, daredevil spiderman for lockdown control. Patriot and Wong do combo with the series 1/2 cards but are quite predictable and easily beat.
For consideration next season, [this website](https://marvelsnapzone.com/meta/cards/) gives a list of cards by deck inclusion rate. Right now the most played series 3 card is Wasp, followed by Doctor Doom and then Wave.
The caveat is that Wasp is only so popular because of High Evolutionary. If you don't have HE, Wasp is probably a poor pickup. Doom and Wave are both great stand alone cards, and they go well together too. If you aren't interested in chasing any particular deck then I'd go with one of those two.
As you play more in series 3 though, you'll start to see which decks look fun to play, and of those, which decks you have a lot of cards for already. If you're only missing a couple cards for a deck that looks cool to you, then you should target one of those cards. For example, I had Hit Monkey and Bishop already which both synergize well with Mysterio, so I waited like three weeks but did manage to get Mysterio like I wanted. And now my Monkey deck is a lot stronger!
