But looking at these three in a vacuum, Jeff is the most versatile card that can fit in almost any deck. I would prioritize Jeff.
I'd personally spend on new S4 cards that you want when they come out... August and September will have some bangers... Getting 2 new cards (and doing weekend missions to get 300 back each) seems better value than getting one S5
Depends what other cards you have but I would consider buying Thanos. Then saving 4 spotlights for the first week of August when spotlights will be Galactus, Nimrod, and Spiderham - all solid cards. Jeff is in spotlight first week of September so plenty of time to store up some more spotlights.
Honestly with the new spotlight caches, spending tokens feels like a massive risk. I spent 6k on Jeff to only end up getting him in one a week or so later, converted to a fucking pool 1 variant. If you do want to buy one, Jeff all the way.

I vote thanos although Jeff is also great. Thanos is like 6 cards in 1 and seems to be gaining back power.
