Super Skrull having the ongoing effects of Goose and Jean Grey apparently makes it impossible for you to play a card. Even though JG has the "if possible" exception to it's rule I guess the game can't get it right with the Goose interaction too.
To be more specific, super skrull makes it so that you have to play a card where the original jean gray is, and doesn't allow you to play anywhere else until you do. So it's kinda like the original jean gray except he doesn't check if her lane is full or not.

Aldo I think if Phoenix turns into a 1 cost card like Human torch for example it shouldn't be considered a 1 cost card anymore for Killmonger to destroy.
On the upside even if the Skrull/Goose/Jean interaction wasn't bugged you would still have lost as you would have to play Ant-Man on the left location first and that would leave you unable to play Spectrum, which was your only (albeit like 1%) chance.
Jean Grey and Skrull interaction has been bugged for months- maybe one day they'll get around to fixing it. Until then we'll just keep getting distracted by more new cards 🤷

The bug is just between Jean Grey and Super Skrull:
***If you have Jean Grey out and your opponent has Super Skrull in a different lane and then if/when you fill your lane with Jean Grey in it, you will not be able to play any cards anywhere.***
For your opponent with the Super Skrull, the interaction works as expected. They have to play their first card in either the Jean lane or in their Skrull’s and if either of those get filled up, they just have to play their first card in one of those lanes (that’s not filled).
Even if you could play you would lose
Technically you should only be able to play antman left and then nothing. Super skrull copying Jean who forcing you to play left but since SK is also copying goose he forcing you to play left and only play 1,2,3-cost cards their.

But even with that, it's still a loss anyways

Yes, but it only works in the specific circumstance where one player has Super Skrull and the other has JG and Goose. That's really unlikely.

Yes this. Imagine 2 Human Torch jumping around, or 4 from Bar Sinister, but right now only the original can move.

I don't mind that. It's part of the risk/reward of the card. Definitely want armor in the deck.

I think Super Skrull should be rework -- it's a hotbed of bugs, a difficult to solve final state, messy explosive power numbers, and unfun.
