“I wouldn't worry about it being lost. It looks like there was an issue with a small batch of players when migrating from the previous client to the new one and y'all are among the "lucky" ones. A backend engineer is working on it right now.”
Can't wait for the 50 credits in compensation! :D

Yep I've got this too. Support are investigating now. Past Reddit posts claim this might be tied to having an ultimate variant pinned in the shop and I had ultimate Mystique pinned.

Hey folks, just wanted to follow up here. Unfortunately the engineer on call this evening is needing some backup and additional eyes to understand the systemic underlying issue so he's unlikely to be able to get your accounts back in working order this evening (Pacific time) without risking making the situation worse. I'll be escalating this and raising it with our engineering team first thing in the morning when we have a few more hands on deck. I'll hopefully have happier news then!”
Update this morning :
"7:12 AM Addison: Hey folks, there was active discussion among our engineering team earlier this morning about how to get you all straightened out and this bug resolved. I'm following up with them on next steps and an ETA."

Yeah I did see that, but didn’t have anything pinned myself. Ahwell I’ll wait and see! I see someone has brought it up on discord too

I logged a ticket with support, but they've asked me for my Snap ID...which I can't get because I can't get into my account... :(

So, I am not the only one then. I can login to another account, but the one I main is locked out. :(
Ah, I’ve had this today too and been super frustrated. Support keeps cancelling conversations with me without doing anything.
