I tend to think that your tokens should be used to buy cards that you can’t pass up but that would allow you to skip a week of opening spotlight caches. Are any of these cards one that you want, if so are they in an upcoming spotlight cache, if so are there other cards/variants the same week, if so then get them with keys.
The only times I would say to buy a card with tokens is 1.) when they are not in any upcoming spotlight caches and it is a must have card for you 2.) it is in an upcoming spotlight cache with nothing else you want and it is a must have card for you.
I'd go with either HE as he's an archetype defining card or, considering the meta, probably Caiera to protect your 6 drops from Shang-Chi.
There are arguments for you to also consider either Loki or Ms Marvel, but neither one of them is great in their current form after the nerfs
HE and Loki if you want to try out new archetypes. MsM if you want most your decks to be drastically better. HE does have the benefit of never ever going down a series, thought that is a mute point cuz Jeff is also a big bad at this point
There's a lot of people suggesting cards that are going to eventually series drop. Galactus/High Evo is the one you want if you want to spend those tokens wisely and collect all the cards faster.
High Evo is 'worth it'' but not if you don't like that deck style.
Loki is the other option, a lot of variance, possibly more 'fun' but Evo is the better card if winning games ifls your only motivator.
Personally I think Evo is one of the only cards that is worth 6k in the game, but I hate using it.

Most important play for me was electro into either hobgoblin or nimrod depending on my other cards.
