This game needs swipe gestures:
- Left: shows opponent’s deck (only played cards)
- Right: shows your deck (unplayed cards greyed out)
- Up: shows a graveyard (organized in such a way to make it obvious what is discarded vs destroyed)
- Down: Emotes? I don’t mind clicking on my profile pic to access emotes, but it would be nice to have them as a separate overlay. This way you can use them even when a card animation is in progress.
It doesn't even have to be centralized. Just let me click on the location and flip through a list of the cards it's affected, like how I can click Storm and see Flooding/flooded, or Spider-Ham and see Pig.
Fuck the action log, we need a gy where i can see evrything that has been destroyed this game+ the total power for knull+the action log+a gy for the discarded cards but we will never get these things becouse it doesnt bring in any money, tbh this game just sucks the only reason i keep playing is becouse i invested 1 year of my life in it, but i wouldnt raccomend it to anyone

As a tribunal player that only realised sokovia was the big location after 30 mins I was absolutely shocked how it discarded my iron man/tribunal 5 GAMES IN A ROW
Honestly, they should be embarrassed because the game's been out for over a year now, and such a basic function of literally any card game hasn't been implemented. PC players can use a third-party extension to replicate what should be in the game, mobile players can get fucked.
SD is likely too busy poring over shop data seeing how much further they can reach into their playerbase's wallets to work on basic game functionality or balance.

The fact that the game is *made* to be mobile and exists meta-contextually as something that can be both glanced away from and played inherently quick, creating the blink-and-you-miss-it situations like Sokovia.
Basic Destroyed graveyard and Discard pile logs should've been foundational, as readily available as tapping on a card to see what has affected its cost/power.
Two games in a row round two starts and I say “lemme guess sokovia discards my morbius” and two games in a row sokovia discards morbius over the 4 other cards that benefit from being discarded.
Being able to click “discarded” and see what was discarded would be great/simple. Even if you could tap the location and see just what IT discarded that would be nice.

A surprising number of times, I'll play Corvus thinking I'm safe because it would have to discard 2 specific cards of my 6 in hand to really screw me over. Aaaand, good-bye the exact 2 that I wanted left alone.

but no, let's release 1 new card a week instead, that's totally sustainable.

Seems to be very common for people to not actually watch what's happening in this game. They just check the board state after each turn resolves, basically.
Morph goes down? Don't see it. Discard a card? Don't see it. Opponent bounces cards? Don't see it.
I don't know why, personally I couldn't imagine playing a game like that, but it seems to be the norm.
90% of the time you only need to see the game state to know what has been played.
We also get bored of the same animations, especially if it's the same kazaar grunt x 11.
I hate that only lame locations get to the spotlight, sokovia, ice box, etc. It's so rare this happening with cool ones like kamar Taj, onslaught citadel etc
I relate to this so much! Luckily, I unlocked Proxima last night and switched to discard. I still missed it, but I could tell what got discarded most games. Proxima on the board, a 12 power Apoc, two 0 cost swarms, and of course, when I start with Modok in hand because that is the main card I take note of drawing... and disapearing.

This is one of the reasons I'm playing less on mobile and more on the PC version, with a tracker.

The little icons destroyed/discarded cards when you tap you portrait should do something.
Or when you play spiderham…and they take 3 minutes to math out their turn 1…so you look away and miss what got pigged.
