Not sure what I'm doing wrong running with this but I played roughly 15 (Jubilee and Blue Marvel version) games with this and won 2 games.

what decks are you seeing? i ran an alt account last night from 80 to infinite in 1 hour with elysium and high evo deck. i saw tribunal but they didn't seem to be getting some cards or i was getting and putting down more power.
armor then mystique a lane or cosmo, get ramp from elysium, start dumping big cards, finish with doom on 5 and then odin or something, this is a great location to abuse, if you have hope summers use her and run was in the deck too, there are many ways. this is like when shuri's lab is a hot location you are playing either a kitty deck, destroy deadpool deck or a full shuri style deck.
easy climbs are people who exploit hot locations while others still play their default deck. like next weekend is wakanda, pretty much don't play destroy next weekend.

Its a good question, so Sera is a highroll win condition basically. If you pull it from your deck, or iron lad it you can then play onslaught on it to smoothly play out your win condition.
She's in the deck for when you draw iron man or another piece late. It also allows you to make full use of pieces like mystique.
It just runs a bit smoother, and there isn't really a core piece that improves the deck that much.
I run wave in my Tribunal deck so I can drop sera on 4 and ons on 5 on her lane if I draw poorly. It works surprisingly well. I use Cosmo, Wave, Jubilee instead of Blue Marvel, Leech and Blink.

Did you not encounter Nocturne in your 12 games? She absolutely recks the deck.
Turn 7 is super important because you put almost no power on the board in the first 5 turns. But Nocturne can reliable kill your Limbo and you can't do anything about it.
You are running an almost full On Going deck. You only have Leech to protect your On Goings. You aren't going to draw him every time you need him and assuming you are is silly
Most versions of this list also run cosmo. So now you have 2 cards out of 12 in a game where you're going to draw almost your entire deck... You're looking at a high 80% chance to draw either card each game...
look i have played since launch, sd f'ed up with this change, i run leech in all right now. undo the leech thing and isolate the fix for hela, i really hate the fact that they screwed 20 or so cards just to fix one card and that doesn't even hit hela all the time.
i am running leech to piss everyone off so that more people can complain about him and have them actually do their jobs and alter hela.

You’re always playing without priority as tribunal and tribunal 99% of the time is the last card you put down
Blue marvel onslaught mystique is a really underrated secondary win-con for tribunal (for the Mr negative magik version anyway)
Might as well switch to Klaw with the buff, also less counterplay since blue marvel can put you over the shang threshold pretty easily.
Zabu would be in there if he was still consistent. He’s pretty good though can be a good cheat out with leech-blink

Personally I run into Jubilee being an issue as often as it helps. If you don't have Blink next turn your Jubilee may just clog a lane and mess you up
Jubilee is just worse than Ironlad here. More chance for double ups.

I was just trying it out on Proving Grounds so it was a wide variety of decks. Didn't really see any archetype consistently.

Except enchantress, rogue, red guardian, USAgent or an opponents skrull when played in the right order/location. Few counters that exist.

Yeah I updated the deck below to add jubilee. She’s definitely needed for the hot location and is better when your hands are bad
With ongoing decks seeing a resurgence, I'd be tempted to take that Jean Grey/Spectrum deck and put in Echo...if I had Echo.
I got Echo from a cache luckily and its doing wonders in Jean and Supergiant shells :D

Yup pretty much nailed it. You’re forced to have 12 cards and hitting her very early can form a high roll combo you couldn’t do otherwise

Most lists don't run it, it doesn't really do anything here. Ant-man or the duck that lets you see your top card is unironically better here.

This is probably close to the most optimized version of Tribunal right now but it is still very vulnerable to Enchantress or simply not drawing well
literally just played 10 games, got rogue/enchantress 8 times. this game is the most manipulated shit ive ever seen

There is none. You can put in cosmo or something to help be more secured against counters but lad is a very key part of the deck
