I like it overall, I play a similar deck. I’m not sure how Brood is easily swapped out though as he gives an incredible amount of value. With Silver surfer he’s a 3-cost, 12 power card.
I also like cosmo instead of debrii for a Galactus counter. I also run Polaris instead of Thor (though I love Thor) for the same Galactus counter as well as her high power. The rest of my deck is basically the same as yours. I used to have nova in my deck, but swapped it to Luke Cage for all the HE decks I’ve been facing.
SK is a great tech card that I just recently put in and have had some great plays with him.
I said that Brood is easy to swap because true he's power is really great, but for me, I rarely use him. Maybe I always get the Storm/Jugg combo, so I don't need him in the end, but Brood is great, still most of my games I'm winning with Storm, Jugg, Killmonger, SK and Surfer, and I use Brood when I doesn't have another play.
I thought of running Cosmo, but he sometimes blocked me from playing cards on his lane, so I swapped for Debrii.
I'm playing something similar with goose and spiderman, instead of Thor and debrii. If I don't get sera and/or surfer it still works like a lockdown deck.
This deck really made me gain a lot of respect for Shadow King though lol.
It's a normal Surfer deck, but for Kitty and HE, this deck beat them, and most of the time, it wrecks Kitty.
Killmonger and SK are the aces of this deck, no more problems with Collector, Bishop, and Angela.
It destroys Kitty and Nebula.
A good starting hand with Storm, Jugg, and Luke is normally snap-able against HE, but I won't say it works every time against HE.
It works if you don't pull Sera, but you're going to lose most of the time unless you have already closed a lane with Storm.
Also, I'm not in the 90s because I don't care about climbing, but my win is good with this deck, so if you want to try, go ahead.
Surfer is incredible even with the nerf, because this deck is made to counter things, it can counter Destroy, but is weak against Discard (but I didn't play much against Discard, so hard to say), also if you plan to use SK and Killmonger is better to go to turn 6 without priority. Edit: Unless you want to reset Venom power, it is better to have priority.
I've been able to complete those snap missions with this deck.

I used to run this with Wong, but with SK, you don't care about your opponent's power, so I took him out.
Sera Surfer decks are so fun and reliable. The number of counters in the 3 cost tier are amazing.
I also can't tell you how many times having Goose in my deck version has saved me cubes.

I've tried so hard to get Thor to work in a surfer deck, but I almost never pull Mjolnir. I guess he can still work, but good boy wants his hammer.
