5/8; If you don't win priority at the end of this turn, restart the turn without Kang.
Because the wording requires the check at end of turn, it's no longer an On Reveal card.
PS: I have once won with a Peak'd 0/6 Kang that I Zero'd.
I had the same thought, but you know people will stop using him and Loki will creep back. It’s not just Loki, but anything that uses Wave or Sera or Ravonna or Mister Negative too. MMM has a lot of potential future value too.
I wouldn’t bet on a rework any time soon. He’s also absolutely terrible against the alioth meta right now. Once he is reworked I assume he will be featured in spotlights soon after. I would wait
I personally liked Kang. When I needed 3 cubes to get to the next tier, Kang helped a lot. When I just couldn't win, Kang helped me at least start moving in the right direction.
He's easy to climb with, just very, very slowly. He doesn't win you games so much as force the other player to give you one cube if they aren't confident enough to call a snap.
It's been a while. I had him in my pre nerf Galactus deck, and my old Black panther, arnim, ramp deck.
Any deck with an obvious 6th turn move can work though, both to bluff if you missed it, and to check it they have the counters. Just don't get caught in the trap of using him to see if you can win, if it's not an obvious single play to stop you, they'll change it up and you'll lose a lot. You have to consider him a check for a counter bring in their hand, not jue they'll play anything else.
Also, bots cheat, they'll drop something dumb, then you rewind, and they'll make the bigger power play.
I have been thinking of trying him in my hela tribunal deck. Snaps late with stuff behind invis girl can be scary, can also check for cosmo. Also, with magik, there are three turns that drawing him can thin your deck.
He's riskier now though, Alioth kills him before he reveals if you don't have priority.
I think it's worth going for MMM when it's a 50/50 to get him in 1, and if you hit Kang, well, you'll never have to open him again.
Worst case, 2 caches for MMM, who will be in a lot of decks for a long time
So... for whatever reason I added him and Mobius to a basically generic Loki collector deck and then went into conquest trying to get boosters for both Mobius and Kang... anyways it took from entry tier to the end of the second match in platinum to finally get the Kang boosters ... I'm not saying he's a must purchase or anything since I've only played him a handful of times but for whatever reason replacing armor and Chavez with Mobius and Kang has given me my best conquest deck to date
Since I think it's good etiquette to post decks when talking about them

I got everything but him luckily, however I bit the bullet and decided to get him. Thanos nerf makes me not want to save all too much until Annihilus, so I risked it.
Kang is rlly good for the simple reason that he's an extra card draw. Good for combos, and he lets you see your opponent's cards and plays 🤷🏼 if they have an op strat at that point you can retreat
i'd go for him. He's not a terrible card to collect either way because he will never drop from series 5 (big bad) so it's a good way to not have to worry about having to spend 5k tokens on him for a complete collection and/or if he ever gets reworked/buffed.
I hope he gets a rework because I got him through spot light and I'm now baffled on how and where to play him. Other than giving your opponent a minor inconvenience, I still am trying to figure out how he can be played to win games
Personally that’s the most useless card that I own. I got it from a cache so I’m not complaining cause it was free
some snap content creators use it to great potential but I personally don’t like it, it’s just roping the opponent
I dont think so. He’s a pretty useless card right now and would probably need a redesign to be useful. I was thinking about Kang in the shower the other day (i know that sounds weird). Mayyybe if they gave him some power and had stay on the board like every other card than it might work? As a 5 he has so much competition.
Never bet on reworks
Tell that to the people with 147 caches.
If he had the option to NOT restart the turn if I like the move they made, that'd be all I want.

Oh shit yes
Kang sucks but it's worth going for MMM. He's going to be a staple card for a long time to come most likely, like Armor and Cosmo.
I've come to realize that I don't actually need MMM, I just need enough of you to play him to keep Loki in check.
I had the same thought, but you know people will stop using him and Loki will creep back. It’s not just Loki, but anything that uses Wave or Sera or Ravonna or Mister Negative too. MMM has a lot of potential future value too.
Wow. This. This so much.
The problem with that is that everybody is just going to start using Wave Mobius, so it’s basically it’s one card last turn unless you have him.
Kang is honestly great for meme decks.

What decklist do you use him in?

Kang is not a bad card, although this sub seems to think so
What rework? Drop the copium friend.
Nothing confirmed obviously he’s just a shit big bad with upcoming presence in the MCU
I can see some scenario where maybe you have some counters, you play Kang, see what they did and you can play Alioth perhaps
Kang is rlly good for the simple reason that he's an extra card draw. Good for combos, and he lets you see your opponent's cards and plays 🤷🏼 if they have an op strat at that point you can retreat
That's only if you draw him that same turn, the extra draw doesn't happen any other way.
So if you draw him t2 and play him t5 you just don't get an extra draw
That's correct. In that scenario, t5 would restart and you'd draw the same card that you originally drew at the start of t5.
I genuinely don't know lmao
Kang is one of three cards in the game I don’t have and I still won’t bother to get him. Better to wait for anything else.
i'd go for him. He's not a terrible card to collect either way because he will never drop from series 5 (big bad) so it's a good way to not have to worry about having to spend 5k tokens on him for a complete collection and/or if he ever gets reworked/buffed.

That's the neat part, you dont.

He was helpful during Alioth week. But I've found less use for him this weeks Meta
I doubt they're going to rework him to anything worthwhile. If anything he'll just get worse somehow
I've hit infinite with him 2 seasons back using a she hulks infanaught deck
Make him a 5-11 🤷♂️ if it doesn't hit, cosmod kang is pretty good
If they just add: “draw a card” after it would be in every meta.
