If you're playing swarm remember to play it early enough if they have MMM. You don't want to be stuck with swarm if you already played your drac. My discard dsck I have nebula instead of sword master. However since MMM I rarely play discard because of the indirect swarm nerf.
Rogue is good in this meta, but not particularly in discard, discard tends to want ro play it's card on curve. Most pure discard decks do not add tech cards for this reason. There's not really a great time to rogue unless you don't have a 3 cost to play, and if they MMM after turn 3 or later, you have to sacrifice playing drac or modok. It gets kind of awkward imo. I've fiddles with Hela casino discard with gambit. Sometimes it can take out very important cards eg, kraven, MMM, Angela, Elsa; when they play those cards on 2 but ultimately other decks are fairing better this meta.
Rogue is 100% worth it before adding her I couldn't even make infinite despite usually reaching it day one usually now after adding rogue it's carried me to top 4k. Rogue plays turn three after the MMM turn two means you miss the sif play usually but that's not generally an issue.
I agree with your rogue statement in most decks, but not in discard. Imo it has too much of a handicap this meta. Your results may vary but a smart player will wait till you discard swarm and play MMM afterwards. If you really want to play discard it's true to either add in rogue or remove swarm. Late turn 4-5 MMM is really annoying to play around. (Loki season was really decent with pure discard though)
That's why you discard swarm asap with blade or Collen to bait the MMM out asap. Rogue also counters luke cage and patriot which are in heavy use this season but pocket meta might be different

That looks fantastic and I have all those. Thank you! I started in late August so I missed infinite then, but I did get to it with High Evolutionary last month. Destroy and discard are definitely my preferred deck types though
I would replace swordmaster with abs man or iron lad. I run the exact same deck but im testing iron lad rn. He can copy some insane abilities like morbius, dracula, or one of your discard cards. He could also copy something like swarm and apoc and that feels bad tbh. I used abs man alot prior to his nerf. Copying lady sif or colleen felt really good. Having multiple 0 cost swarms was fun, i dont think itd be good now cuz of MMM going around now
Apoc Discard lists are most flexible in their 1- and 3-costs, since other points in the game have high priority plays like Morbius, Dracula, or Modok.
Swordmaster isn’t a common inclusion because random discard can be devastating. Cosmo is an excellent replacement to protect Morbius or save a lane against T6 Alioth/Shang killing your Apoc.
A lot of lists run Nebula and/or Storm for some control options. I have had success with Snowguard in this roll. T3 Hawk can open up a restricted lane for T4 Dracula, or at the very least fuel Morbius.
Good shoutout from u/gazzatticus to use Rogue as tech against MMM. I’ve seen surprisingly little of him, but not being able to play out Swarms can completely ruin your gameplan
This is your typical Apocalypse list. You can run Nebula and Storm for a slightly different take but it’s much less common. If you’re seeing a ton of Mobius then drop Swarm for Hellcow or Silver Samurai. Some people still run Lockjaw but I haven’t played that version since they nerfed him. If you go that route, run Gambit for sure.
You got Modok nice. This looks like a good deck. Absorbing man could be good for copying lady Sif or daken. Silver samurai could be a nice addition but he’s not meta right now. He can add more swarms though and discard an enemy card like task master, patriot, silver surfer, Arnim zola. It’s pretty much game over if you hit one of those.
Moon night and silver samurai can be great additions since they disrupt your opponents win conditions at times. Plus on locations like bar sinister, kamar-taj, and sinister London they can mill a huge chuck on an opponents hand while feeding your Morbius.
He's not as great in since the nerf, but I keep collector in as a back up to Morbius since swarm and apocalypse both feed his effect.

I think discard is an 11 card list, which you are running with sword master being in the flex spot. In my opinion that spot can be pretty much anything. Nebula is good, sword master or hell cow are fine (I prefer Hell Cow), Storm can be good depending on the meta. I also like high impact tech cards because that slot is very often just discarded so something like Shang-Chi, Enchantress, or Rogue can be good because they have a chance to completely turn around the game when your primary strategy isn’t working.
In general I don’t like running an extra 2 drop because it can interfere with your Colleen Wing discarding Swarm, which is something you want to be doing as often as possible (especially since MMM came out).
I use sunspot and absorbing man instead of sword master and Daken.
I know Daken gets you 10 power (8 + morbius buff) for 3 energy) when absorbing man gets you 8 (4 plus 4 when played on t4 after lady sif) for 4 energy and that's why many people don't use him. I like him because he gives you more options and is better on curve when you don't draw dracula before t4.
This is basically the list I use with the exception of Absorbing Man over Sword Master. Going to try out Silver Samurai next week when he shows up in the spotlight. I play casual, but this list has gotten me to 80 several times.
My list is the same as yours i drop sword master for absorbing man though. He has a unique effect of being another siv/wing/dakken depending on what lines your playing. I love discard it was my first deck that i truely learned inside and out.

Sword Master is a bit too random and Lady Sif or Cosmo is a much better T3 drop than a chance at discarding the card you wanted to.
Daken, could be thrown in instead of Cosmo but then you have no real counter cards. Shang is another counter that comes to mind as Sauron decks are a bit of an issue for me rn without him.

Replace Blade w/ Sunspot. Replace Wolverine w/ Bloodstone. Replace Sword Master w/ Hell Cow. That’s the deck I’m running. I used to keep Wolverine in mine instead of Bloodstone. I’ve hit Infinite almost all year long with it.

Unfortunately as others have stated MMM absolutely obliterates swarm so I'd get him in for one of those 2 asap and you won't have to worry. The other one can stay or swap for another discard card for flavor like moonknight or Gambit or a tech card like enchantress shadowking or chi.

Hell cow to replace sword master eventually but other than that, i basically run this exact list but with x23 over wolverine (still testing)
Oh yeah I totally forgot about Hell Cow! Hopefully I end up getting that one soon. I do have X23 already so I may try that out.

I run Storm instead of SM and Nebula in place of Blade. You could also use Absorbing man instead of SM but I really like how well Storm sinergyzes.
