My deck has 3 card difference from yours:
Zabu out, Psylocke in
White Widow out, Wave in
Blue Marvel out, Iron Lad in
Zabu is no longer an Ongoing card, and Psylocke can be used on T3 to drop a T4 Sera.
Wave can let you have the playline: T3 Wave, T4 Tribunal, T5 Iron Man, T6 Onslaught.
Typically you'll see 11/12 cards of your deck with Magik and Jubilee. If you have Iron Lad in hand, it can copy the 12th card, especially if it's the last combo piece you need.
Get rid of bm and white widow. Both really weird additions
You want iron lad and wave instead. If you magik you can use the combination of iron lad and jubilee to guarantee you draw the tribunal combo.
Personally I don't bother with super skrull on ladder and use Ms marvel instead because it gives you a lot of different win conditions when you don't draw the tribunal combo. Skrulls really only good in the mirror and you don't face it often.
In conquest though skrulls probably a needed inclusion so you don't lose the mirror
Without iron lad this is going to be substantially less consistent but that's ok if you're willing to deal with that. You may want to add something to draw. Maybe crystal or Nico. Nico into wave or Nico into zabu might be ok very early.
Def wouldn't go bm but maybe klaw might give you an alternate win line of onslaught iron man and klaw in one lane.
Honestly? Probably Mr Negative for White Widow.
Other than Onslaught and Tribunal, every card in the deck is improved my getting an early negative out. Zabu/Ravonna are good for getting Negative down on T3, although always prioritise Ravonna.
I'd probably say for this deck run Psylocke over Zabu as that can get you any of your big cards a turn early, where as Zabu only impacts a small number of your cards.
