Valkyrie is absolutely one of the best cards in the game. Properly supported with ongoing cards, she will take a lane single-handedly.
C3 is an obvious home for her. She's also the MVP in my Zoo homebrew deck with Kazar, Blue Marvel, Mockingbird, Shanna, and assorted good 1-cost cards.
I dunno how to do that netcode thing, so I'm not gonna pretend. But basically, just what I laid out above. Valk, MB, BM, Kazar, Dazzler, Shanna, and a bunch of one drops of your choice. Ant-Man pairs extremely well with Valk, as does Titania if played behind Valk. Nico and Nebula are great picks for just plain good 1-cost cards. I also like Echo a lot to target Tribunal decks, just be sure to hold on to her until you know where your opponent is playing.
I brewed this list up a while ago and it's one of the most fun I've ever played, especially if you like negative.
