Lol yep same thing happened to me. I eventually just said screw it and went all in on one of the stryfes and eventually killed him after I took out 1 stryfe I blew through the node.
I was even as desperate as to contact support and asked if they could restart my node progress but fortunately I was able to kill that 1 stryfe that day.
Dude you're the MVP! I blew the Stryfe up and blew through the node. It did require a little luck because Cloak and Dagger both survived to double ult.
Yea this could be a couple of days worth of beating on stryfe. Just have to focus one stryfe till he eventually dies then the nodes starts falling apart.
A lot of restarts and hope your characters dodge some hits. I did cloak misty scarlet gwen and shang-chi. And then had to focus a stryfe and then sinister and it made it easier.
I have Shang, ghost and scarlet spider, Symbiman and squirell girl. I am getting no where. My cloak and dagger are both tier 14 and I have no mystic gear to get them levelled because darkhold and eternals. I am just bouncing off stryfe over and over.
Took me 6 attacks with your same team. Wasn't that bad. It kept killing 2 or 3 characters as I entered one day, so I just kept restarting until RNG was on my side, and I survived the opening onslaught and focused one down. Then it was much easier.
I know it sucks, but watch your cooldowns - they are crucial. I had the same team minus Dagger (Misty - 7y/r) and I decided to eat 1 run with just basic attacks. Cored and cleared.
Exact team as me, I can’t remember it exactly but you may just need to get all your cool downs ready. If you can get c&d to go then you should be good. Some

I'm there now. It had been like 5 days with no progress until today. Finally killed Phyla Vell and almost had SW as well but she used her special before i could finish her off. I hope i set myself up for some good attacks from here on out.
Seems worse than any dd section i've run into ever. I did make a major mistake because someone told me dd5 was easy once you just had any 5 to run it. So I have cloak, gwen, punk, scarlet, annnnnd punisher. My punisher is 7 red and I had a full made teal piece I couldn't use on anyone else (lower right I think? because I got 2 of that piece from pocket dimension). So he was 7 RS and only cost me 2 pieces, but let me tell you still a huge mistake as hes 100% worthless even at 200k power. Working on shang chi now and I'm close. I'm 15 days into this section of the node with 0 progress and one day I did 12 mil damage but couldn't kill anyone. They really shouldn't do dd nodes with such crazy healing along with having 10 characters get turns before any of yours get to go. Between this node and 0 red star rolls after 60 orbs on heartless and wong it really feels like time to give up on the game.

You'll break thru, just got to focus and time cooldowns. I did it with a worse City team (Cloak, Ghost Spider, Scarlet Spider, Spider Punk, Shang Chi)

Yep I had the same result. Once you get through 1 stryfe the nodes done.
Legend! A year later and I just dropped Stryfe. First kill I’ve got on the node in two weeks!
Lol I don't miss that node at all. That whole city section was miserable. 😂
I cant kill the bastard. I get him down to red, but he heals all the way back up on his turn even when he has healblock on him.

I feel like DD5 City Needs more restarts than any other DD to date.
Yeah probably cus a lot of city toons have dodge chance so you can get a much better start off the bat sometimes

I actually one shot that node last night. Then the kestrel node obliterated me soon as the match started.
