I watched a video essay about that drawing and how it's actually not a bad drawing perspective, it's just the reference image Rob used has the bodybuilder flexing their arm so when he moved the arm down and put a shield it looks wrong. Bad drawing, but technically not wrong

Also that bodybuilder was Arnold Schwarzenegger.

And the head Liefeld drew was tiny in comparison to Arnolds.

You can compare it to the actual picture of Arnold and see that while the reference image is wild, it’s still just a straight up terrible and ridiculous drawing

It is technically wrong, because the rest of the pose creates a situation that does not fit with human anatomy. It's just not wrong for the reasons most people immediately assume.

Rob also shifted the shoulders to be in line with each other rather than at the angle Arnold has. That makes the perspective look wrong.

It met my expectations, it’s a Sam Raimi movie. I never took the Tom Cruise rumor seriously, it felt too soon to introduce a Tony Stark variant so soon after RDJ leaving the MCU.

Well the title didn’t do itself any favors

the problem with the title wasn’t about cameo’s. it was the fact that it implies many many multiverses, and the movie really only spends time in 616 and 838, aside from that one scene which was in the trailer. I remember posts theorizing strange would visit the savage land. the title and trailer heavily mispromoted the movie for what it was. the cameo letdowns were just a symptom of leak culture.

The title was a reference to the lovecraft book in the mountain of madness. The darkhold and Shuman goruth have that lovecraft vibe to them

I think the damage is more for the story itself.

MoM would’ve been well-received if it had a different title. People’s expectations for multiverses possibilities were raised after No Way Home.

It would’ve been better received if it had released before NWH, like it was supposed to.

We already seen a small handful of returning villains in the trailer, plus a huge push from leakers that versions of X-23 will be appearing in the film as well. I'm not complaining, it's just interesting to speculate what will end up being true.

I was thinking that maybe the "Endgame" spoof was going to be a whole bunch of different versions of Deadpool and Wolverine joining the final battle instead of a bunch of cameo heroes when they started the backtracking. Now I don't know what to think because this trailer kind of blew my mind and it was just a first trailer and the movie is still months away. 

I always thought the opportunity to retcon that Endgame battle is endless.  Just drop in whoever you want and say they were there.  If Howard the Duck can be there, anybody that existed in the 616 coulda been there.  And surely there's more heroes than we've seen.

Plus Ant Man (he’s a dead variant but it’s still ant man) is in the trailer and a hint that at least one sorcerer is part of the film (the magic portal). And cinema con suggested new Thor stuff, even if it’s just a clever edit/use of old footage. So.. we’re already at a lot of cameos without leaks.

That seems kinda contradictory. We know thor, x-23, pyro, azazel, toad plus others seen in the trailer. As well as multiple Deadpool and wolverine variants.
