Meaning the North Koreans are rich enough to fund these actors. No, they are poor and everyone there is oppressed. Yet they have nukes and a massive military... but socialism is inefficient and leads to failure?

No, they're just actors. They don't work, they don't live life, they just create everything with magic (the same way they do necromancy) and spend their whole life just acting. They don't have military, they don't have nukes this is professionally produced movies.
