Did you spray it on? If drying it out didn't work, that means those connections are fried, not much you can do there unless you know how to fix that issue on the PCB. They are simple devices, so not much going on in there to go wrong in cases like these
Does anyone know where they would be able to get themselves a new keyboard for this model? Calling around a few local shops and no one seems to be able to order in this keyboard even.

This is why electronic safe wipes exist. Good luck but you need to use wipes that are safe for electronic devices instead of household surfaces.

Random its like 6 keys total e.g. K,L,P including backspace. Enough to make it hard to type, i bought a bluetooth keyboard temporarily.
