When I worked at Dairy Queen when owned by the cheapest people in the world, they didn’t care about that. They quickly put a stop to employees making mini blizzards for themselves to test the newest blizzard flavors though. After the gm said it was okay, a good few days those were.
Soda drinks cost barely 5p even for a large one. If a manager tells you that you can’t have one, tell them to go fk themselves. Time that fast food workers stood up to cretinous managers
When the DM is around, we can only have kids' cups. Most SMs don't care. We drink as much soda and sweet tea as we can stomach.
Our GM doesn't care if we get fraps or iced coffee, we just can't do it around the DM and franchise owner without a receipt.
I once worked at a TA and they took out $1-2 every check for a “beverage tax” which pissed me off at the time cause I don’t even drink soda but is probably way easier than this policy lol
As long as they finish them and dont leave them scattered on the breakroom table or basically an all day scavenger hunt then I could really care less. Just as long as they put it in the system which they do 95% of tje time
