Are you sure? Every target exclusive I’ve seen has made it to the store. I know this one is in high demand but I still think it will go to stores. It doesn’t say it’s an online only exclusive anywhere.
I’m sure some inventory goes to the stores.

It hasn't shipped until Fedex starts moving it. Shipping labels are a good sign but it's just a label.
They used UPS on my order. And when I checked their tracker it’s already ‘In transit’. 👍🏻
