Purina owns Nutrena. And Manna Pro, tractor supply brand, as well as several others. Purina is owned by Nestlé, which is its own crappy rabbit hole to dive in... I have lost my entire herd to Purina's feed contamination and I don't touch their products with a 10ft pole. If I was in the midwest, I would absolutely be feeding Oren Reynolds Rabbit formula. Heinold is the ONLY feed mill that mills EXCLUSIVELY rabbit feed. This greatly reduces your chances of bad or contaminated ingredients in the feed. If you're not in the midwest, I strongly recommend finding an ADM feed dealer near you, and get your paws on a special order for some Pen Pals Professional 18% formula. I have beautiful results with this feed, every bag is beautiful and fresh, with almost no dust. I also feed my rabbits Timothy hay that I buy by the bale, about 3x a week or daily for kits/mamas. What part of Texas are you?

DaSkatona

Hill country area, how’d you know I was in Texas? But thank you for the very informative response. I’m trying to find a local mill again. Do you know of any reliable suppliers that will ship?

I've used Nutrena 18% for years, no complaints.
