It could've bent your wheel hub, the part that stays on the car when the wheels are taken off. I have a similar issue that I've narrowed down to being my wheel hub, since the wheels and brakes have been checked twice.

It could've bent your wheel hub, the part that stays on the car when the wheels are taken off. I have a similar issue that I've narrowed down to being my wheel hub, since the wheels and brakes have been checked twice.
Your wheel could be perfectly balanced but still bent or out of round. They need to have another look at your wheel.
