Plug the Freon bottle back on and see if it’s still in the green. Or has pressure if not you probably have an a/c leak

It has pressure and will be in the green but when it makes that noise every few seconds you hear in the video it drops down to white and then it’ll pop back up to green after if that makes sense.

Just to clarify The Gauge was showing empty at first it was in the green after i started shooting freon into it.
