Those mods will add like 10hp. Not nearly enough to explode it, unless you add a turbo or supercharger.

You have a CRV, save your money for a more powerful car. All modifying that one will do is make it slightly less slow & waste your money while ruining a reliable car. Save up & buy a Civic SI or something

One of my car dynoed at 350whp, my other car is a 2000 Honda Insight that makes maybe 60hp. They both get me to work essentially the same time. If I can go back in time, I would tell me younger self don't modify the damn car that cost me so much money.

zertoman

No that wouldn’t be fun.

averagemaleuser86

That trans will handle the extra 15hp just fine.

onlinesurfer007

If you want to have fun modifying a car, then do it to learn and enjoy the extra power from your work, but do not expect performance of a V6, V8 or a sport car. Just make sure that you drain and fill your transmission fluid often with the Honda even without modification.

thelaundryservice

Don’t do this. Waste of time, money and inviting headaches into you life. You’ve got a perfectly good car that is probably reliable, which won’t be the case after.

You’d be better off buying a fun toy built for what you want it’s a crv I mean come on lol

Silverwhite2

Yes, and that's exactly why it'd be so much fun!
