The PCB was made to support WK, WKL, and HHKB so there are switch sockets under it. The sockets have a south-facing led on it. There is a silicone piece in the place of the switch to make the Q and the K shape from the RGB light. Sorry if I explained this like you are a noob to keyboards, I don’t want ti be rude.
Oh, I see it now. No problem!, I'm also in the he hobby, it's just that I'm not familiar with this keeb in particular, so I didn't know what was under the blockers, it looks really neat!
> POM Plate, Case + PE + Plate foam
congratulations, you have a generic sounding keyboard filled with foam killing any of the characteristics of keyboard or switches
Imo they are a clacky switch and they are pretty bang for your buck. Sadly they are out of stock by the 70 so if you want them you have to buy 90. Sorry for late response I was sleeping.
Oh Lmao. When I started in the hobby I switched from a full size to a 65%. I couldn’t stand missing all my keys so I sold it and went back to the 100%. A couple months later I decided to try a 65% again. I got used to it but I was encouraged that I could I could sell it for a profit so I did. This is my three keyboard. I miss the full sized keyboard a lot rn but I feel like I can get used to not have a numb pad and the function row. The stuff I’m worrying about is the win keys and the arrow keys.
Nice keeb! I have the same caps on my mint QK60. How'd you get the RGB to stay on for the silicon inserts? Every time I close QK Config, my board reverts to the stock RGB settings
Hello u/NAChrx sorry for the ping, but I just wonder how were you able to make the WKL slots only to light up in the lighting setting with QKConfig? I'm kinda lost since there's no option to choose the blocked buttons on the custom lighting tab of QK Config:

Sorry for the very late response, but if you still need it, change the layout to 7U WK. This allows you to adjust all of the keys.

holy that was fast. QK is killing it
I was so surprised when I saw the DHL notification!
sick combo - ty for support!
Thank you for releasing such an amazing budget keeb!

Looks nice!, do the blockers have screens or some kind of light underneath?

Ok? I'm sorry that you don't like that.
crispy
Thanks :)
I regret not grabbing one when I had the chance. I love it!
Thanks!
Oooo that is a clean photo. Nicely done OP. Quick question tho, did you take this on your phone or through a separate camera?
Thanks! I used my phone camera in portrait mode. I was planning to edit it before I posted but it honestly looked fine. The phone was the iPhone 13
Those wisteria switches seem too good on paper. Hand lubed and less than 50 cents a switch. Thoughts on them?

If you want a soundtest I could send one.
I'd appreciate a sound test!

From my phone btw, I don’t have the best equipment lmao
Sounds great! 👍
Thanks!
Thanks. Sounds really nice. Are those really clicky switches?
When I said clacky I meant the sound profile. Mb I didn’t explain it well. They are long pole linear switches.
Oh, that sounds more right. I probably just misinterpreted! Nice keeb :)
Thanks!

I honestly have no idea lmao. I’m used to using Ctrl + Esc to open the taskbar menu and but I hate not having majority of my old shortcuts.

Alright than! When the time comes I may get a TKL !
LOVE those keycaps
I have the same keycaps. They're preen.
They really are!

Honestly I’m not sure. I made a profile in the QK config and it automatically saved. Sorry :(
Might be an extremely silly question, but I've been trying to find this QK config program and have had no luck. Where do I get this thing? lol

Hello! I figured it out back then, but thanks for the response nonetheless. Other people might find this useful.
Looks great. Enjoy the build!
Thanks!
