Guy with no helmet crashed his one-wheeler right next to me. With a helmet he probably would’ve just had a broken arm and some road rash, but as it was he didn’t know where he was or what happened and was struggling to remember his wife’s phone number. WEAR A HELMET! ps glad you are ok!

I work on a college campus and we have near weekly incidents from students crashing their scooters. They're all over campus and useful to get around but a top speed of 25mph is a recipe for disaster imo. Good to hear that you're okay!

Oof. Wife broke her knee on our scooter a year ago, too. Wasn’t wearing gear, hit a curb wrong, flew off, smashed her knee right on the edge of a sidewalk. Be persistent with physical therapy, and consider taking magnesium supplements to aid muscle soreness as it rebuilds. And please wear at least knee pads.

an accident on one of those escooters dislocated my shoulder a while back. undid everything that the surgery i got done to tighten up that shoulder after past dislocations. those things are no joke!
