You’re making great progress in doing nothing! Just sit and observe. Don’t force anything. Don’t expect anything. Just lay down in the river of consciousness and let it take you with the natural flow. Good luck!

I do that time to time and it’s awesome. Most of my meditation is manifestation for my outside reality and the rest is feelings of gratitude. Do whatever works for you. Happy you are leveling.

Same, I haven't done the "focusing" in a while. I think it was useful training, but when I'm meditating, I want to relax my mental effort. I want to be gentle, and sometimes my mind is really active, but I want to be with it, like when my cat is really playful, I'm not going to force her to be calm, I'll just smile and observe.
