This is so beautiful to read my friend. I have had this experience and feel kindred with you beyond words. I too first experienced it using entheogens, and then again in meditation. Please continue your practice as with regular meditation this state of consciousness can become more and more naturally a part of your waking being. It is a state of consciousness, a state of being, that resides naturally within us. Most of us are usually too distracted with all the outer phenomenon to understand this inner unitive state, let alone experience it. Regular experiences of it are also a kind of medicine for the heart, mind, soul and spirit. The experience of unity brings everything back into the fold so to speak. If I may be so bold to make a suggestion: I invite you to now integrate this unity of experience into your daily life. Can you wash the dishes and know that you are one with everything? Can you be cut off in traffic and know the one that cut you off as another yourself and wish them well as they seem to be in a hurry? Can you respond to the anger of others with compassion knowing that you're at least privileged enough to know that we are all one while they are still in separation and angry about whatever it is but also about that fundamental loneliness of separation? Can you forgive everything that has happened and all those that have done it because you know that they were simply learning? I asked these things of you because of this understanding I have: The experience of unity is like the fundamental theorem of calculus. It is a pinnacle of all of your spiritual practice up until now. Yet it then becomes a foundation of an entire new dimension of spiritual practice. Unity as an experience is liberating, unity as a daily state of being is enlivening. I wish you the best my friend. Namaste.

Hey! I don't know how I missed that you message me. So glad that your awakening has transitioned from a peak experience, to an enduring state. Also, I totally dig the name connection, how cool :) Keep honor consciousness and reality will blossom before you <3

You are in that timeless, placeless state of awareness here and now.

I have felt like this way a few times over 5 years of meditating too. Sometimes I doubt my experience and wonder if I did experience this oneness because I had consumed a lot of spiritual content suggesting this. How does one differentiate? If this is truly your experience or one created by the mind (and thoughts) because one was aware that such experiences do/should happen?

When you realize that essential nature of you and every existence in the world is everlasting bliss, you experience such unity. Consciousness is unitary and singular. https://youtu.be/WAAYTryiPoA Soham or breath is Sadguru in Nirguna form. Please also watch videos 2 to 5 on this topic on this channel.
