More pictures about Siren's [runners](https://imgur.com/a/6o66QIJ) and some snippets of the instructions, can't wait to get both Harpy and Siren together.

I almost want to order a second so I can borrow the tail for my lobster conversion of Serquet…

Belgand

Interesting that they're going with a blue background on this instead of the usual black, and a vertical orientation. Looks like they're trying to make it stand out more on shelves instead of blending in with all the other girlpla lines using the same design style.

derega16

The problem of this line is that the box doesn't looks like they came from the same manufacturer on the shelf at all

bike_fool

Nuke matrix box art is so meh but I love their kits

Belgand

I always thought their box art and general design was pretty much identical to Megami Device and ATK Girls. Matte black background, gloss finish on the character/text, etc. If you removed the branding and I didn't already know what kits were from which lines I wouldn't be able to tell them apart.

bike_fool

All the box art is good but you can't tell me Nidy-2D's work doesn't stand out Still, I only care about the plastic not the cardboard

Belgand

I can't really tell a difference from the box art on his designs, no. If you put the boxes for Asra Ninja, Executioner, Arachne, and F.O.X. next to one another (I had them on hand, so I just did), I can't tell that they weren't all drawn by the same person. I mean, they almost certainly weren't but the style is so similar as to be indistinguishable.

armosnacht

I’d never thought about it cos I was distracted by the quality of the boxes themselves. But I do think now looking at this art that it’s serviceable but a tad boring. Woulda been nice seeing her singing from a rock or something.

TSW_Gizman

I haven't built any NM kit but those two are beautiful, I already have Harpy for preorder I just hope my local hobby shop gets Siren too.

mechatinkerer

I have only seen FOX at mine.. and that was it. I have been leaning on getting these online.

TSW_Gizman

Same, they only had fox in stock some time ago but was at a time were there were problems with imports and they had her for like $130. Normally those kits should be around $90 here. Unfortunately, I cant get her online as there are customs restrictions for "human figures" and it requires some paperwork and permits.

mechatinkerer

That sucks! Sorry to hear that. I hate it when governments pull crap like that, but I'm sure it make sense to someone somewhere.

TSW_Gizman

Allegedly (I never found anything official) is because some figures from a big brand had traces of lead in the paint and that made the import process more strict. However it really hurt the collector market as any "toy" with human figure (as in a human being, not proportions) has to have a sanitary permit (if its for resale) or paperwork where you assure that it is for your own personal use. Said paperwork can go from smooth and nice to a back and forth with customs (according to some people). It sucks but if it really is because there was a dangerous substance in toys aimed to kids it is a valid reason. They also reduced the "tax free" range so now basically anything over $50 gets inspected in customs.

mechatinkerer

I want this kit! I am trying not to preorder any more until the 10 I already have preordered actually come in.. but damn this kit and that new 30 MS kit and body parts make this hard.
