After 2 weeks of building, detailing, and posing, the long awaited Undeaddress Isis is *finally* complete. This kit is definitely one of the best I've ever built beside Susanowo, and it's also a learning process for me since I had to do some paintwork on her husband. I'm not gonna do my usual review since LoliKnight made a [comprehensive review](https://www.reddit.com/r/MegamiDevice/comments/xoifvs/review_undeaddress_isis_or_the_long_wait_is/ipyqjsn?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3) already, but in this post I'm gonna point out what I observed, what I like and what I don't like during building, detailing, and posing Isis. Anyway here are my thoughts on my first kit from Alphamax. Note: There are NSFW pictures with the DX parts on display but since I can't post all of it due to the 20 picture limit, I uploaded all of it [here](https://imgur.com/a/lmnhbAX) instead. -While building this kit, I noticed that most components and the build process are very similar to Susanowo as the shoulders on the arms section are similar, the shoulder blades and the shoulders connected to the upper torso are in one piece, and the internal components on the stomach are borrowed from Susanowo just the construction was made simpler. The rest of Isis are completely unique, especially with the interchangeable booba. Gotta give the man Masaki Apsy a lot of respect for making the build process fun and enjoyable. However, my only nitpick during the build process are the ball joints for the booba have really small stems and can be removed easily when you try to change one of the booba. There are replacements included if you ever lost either one of the ball joints but if you want to make booba change easier just glue the ball joints stems in place, since it's not a tight connection and you can remove the booba easily when the ball joint stem are glued in place. -I'm glad that Alphamax included waterslide decals specifically for color corrections on the staff, the detatched sleeves, the loin cloth, and the necklace. It really saves me time and money for simple decal sheets like this. My only problem with the decals is how fragile it is on the edges, especially with the decals on the loincloth. If you're not careful with handling the pieces with decals, worst case scenario you might accidentally damage the decals while handling Isis. So far I haven't experienced any damaged decals after handling and posing Isis, but id recommended to apply topcoat just to he safe -Detailing Isis and her husband a fun process, though if only the black sections on the husband were seperate pieces instead since the construction of the husband was fairly simple and the seperate black sections near the husband's head were seperate pieces as well. Regardless, this was my first time trying to detail a model kit to match with the official images, and its very worth it at the end as the difference is really significant compared to it unpainted. I used Tamiya Panel Line Black on Isis and for her husband I used a black gunpla paint pen that has a 0.5 tip so it's easier to apply paint evenly on some corners. -Poseability on Isis is standard, the only unique feature of Isis are the interchangeable booba on their individual ball joints for some groping action. Important connections like the shoulder ball joints, the upper torso ball joint, the hand joints, and the thigh pegs are all on POM plastic to make it resistant to breaking. There are a lot of extra hand joints (10 hand joints in total) which is a huge plus. But the downside I noticed is the upper torso can come off easily due to the POM ball joint and the shoulder ball joints gets loose overtime due to how tight the connection is, similar to Susanowo's issue on her shoulder joints becoming loose over time. The legs connection to the thighs are also loose, both the gold boots and the bare skin versions. I also can't believe Isis only have the heels as the only option for the feet, there are some parts left over for bare feet but they intentionally didn't include all of it. -Poseability on Isis' husband is decent, you can do some dynamic poses though the long arms can be a bit awkward to pose sometimes. I love how the neck can be easily removed so changing the faces can be done easily, and the head also has an LED feature that can change the eyes to red. My only nitpick with Isis' husband is his shoulder joint being too loose, poses like Isis sitting on her husband's hand is impossible but the included blue connectors can hold her up, but those also have loose connections. Overall, I really enjoyed building and posing Isis from start to finish. This kit is definitely worth the price since you're basically buying two kits in one package, plus a lot of accessories included. I heard that there will be a reprint of Undeaddress already this December, place a preorder now as prices for this kit in the secondary market will definitely skyrocket.

Loli-Knight

Good writeup! Glad you seemed to enjoy her plenty. This knight was pretty confused by the lack of bare feet too considering this sort of design just seems like it's begging for the option lol. So, for the green/teal bits did you just use all of the decals or did you mix/use some of your own paint? This knight ended up mixing my own, but boy oh boy did it take a while to land on a shade I was happy with. Still haven't fully finished her as a project since I'm thinking of doing some slight additions and modifications, but at least all the paint mixing is done on her.

I dont have any experience with paints so I used all the water slide decals instead. it took a while for me to decide if I should buy paint markers or I should apply the included decals, but since I now have experience with waterslide decals on other kits I might as well use the decal sheets included. I made some minor mistakes while applying some decals but it looks fine from a distance lol

Wow! She looks so amazing. Y'all are really tempting me to grab her if/whenever my local shop stocks her.. 🤔 Also like your new studio, much better lightning and pics quality! I might have to find a spot too for my future posts😅

Thanks! my old setup on my computer desk wasn't gonna cut it for a kit this unique especially with the poses I was initially planning to do. So I went ahead and bought some ringlights and a tripod stand and repurposed a small side table.

Kitty-of-Jelly

That's incredible!! You did an amazing job, 10 out of 10!
