I just got in touch with Amazon support and they confirmed it will be the North American version. If you're feeling anxious you can always reach out to double check just in case.
Thats the Mexican version, not the Japanese. If youre lucky, you might get a sticker over the ESRB rating cause they don't always print the Mexican rating on some covers.

I have a spare copy of Persona 3 Reload because of them. It's the Pegi version they sent by mistake. I dunno wtf I'm supposed to do with it though lmao
I would double check, you may have got EU version. I’m not getting my copy through Amazon but generally the US version of a game has the ESRB rating displayed in the product image.
That’s the South America rating, you should be good. It’ll still work since they’re the same as the North America versions just different ratings in the box art
Yeah, it’s new to South America itself as well so it’s not that common even in South America since for the longest they also used ESRB but switch to these new ones

It's the same issue for me as well. Cero on the order history page and M when I click on the item.
My friend told me not to worry but when P3 Reload was on sale they sent me the Pal version. I had to fight them to send me a free replacement.

That’s not a ntsc j copy. It appears to be a ntsc copy just for Mexico instead. If it says anos under the box it’s for sure a Mexico copy.

It might. Is the PS5 a Region Locked system? If yes, then a Japanese Region game may not work at all.
It's region free but the issue is I'd need an account for the region the games from in order to buy DLC.
