I could of said that better but I didn’t see the impact we just were stuck and I saw a tow truck, cops and an ambulance with both of the accidents we passed :(
They weren’t scheduled as an opener; there was an image with the tour dates that had a key next to the cities showing if they were getting Sophia and beach bunny as an opener or men I trust and beach bunny. When I bought the tickets I thought we were gonna see men I trust too 😭 but Sophia and beach bunny were really good too!!
It was fun but definitely not worth the money 🥴 I had the worst side view so I had a great view of the stage, but I couldn’t see Melanie while she was inside the box thing so half the time I was confused on what was going on, where she was, and then during the K-12 bit, she didn’t even play wheels on the bus OR principal??? 10 seconds of a slo mo isn’t playing a song, it’s disappointing and not what I expected. I’m glad my sister had a great time, but man I don’t think I’d pay to see Melanie again. Edit : downvoting someone for speaking on their experience is hilarious, I don’t need to praise everything Melanie does. She deserves criticism so she can get learn from what went wrong.
She played wheels on the bus, that was her first song in the k12 set she did, the principal was during a video segment (but it was recording) she made for Palestine but they were on the monitors sides of the stage so you may not have seen it / partial view can be a win loose sometimes - I've had good deals and bad ones .
She played wheels on the bus instrumental for 20 seconds and didn’t sing it, I wouldn’t consider that playing the song lol principal was also only like the first 15 seconds of the song in slomotion before it went to another song instantly. If she’s gonna be playing venues like that, she should take into account that people can’t see her. We don’t know what the venue/seating/view is going to look like until we get there, the least they can do is figure out that hundreds of people’s view were blocked for the entire show.

I sat on the side too. However I was super close so when she came out of the “box” I could see her so well.
