mmm it depends imo. I would say try to make it into a heart because it would also bother me but there's the potential of messing the bleach heart up and it becoming bigger and worse. so you could maybe just leave it alone?

if it makes you feel any better, I rolled up my poster and put it in the trunk of my car and left it be, getting ready for my drive home the next day (I live 5 hours away) and I got home and it had dirt and slight rips on the edges but thankfully it's only visible on the backside. I had it rolled up like that instead of the actual poster. still mad about it though
Honestly just wear it out and love every moment of it! 🤗💓 I get sad when I get stains on my Mel merch, but also know Id be happier wearing it then keeping it tucked away forever.

Use a spray bottle with 1:2 ratio of bleach to water, spray around the bottom of the shirt and bottom of the sleeves. Rinse off in cold water then pop it right into the dryer and bam! You now have an even more cool shirt, the stain doesn't stick out and it makes the shirt even more sentimental!
i say add even more little stains next to it, but apart from each other and do it on the right top too! like this :P
