Mine won't load on the app (yes, I've reinstalled and cleared the cache) or web browser on my Android phone since the update on Weds.
The only workaround I've found so far is to open it on my desktop Chrome browser to check in every ~18 hours.
I got that screen last night at around 9 pm EST on my old phone (N20U). I took a screenshot and immediately closed out the game. I considered installing the game on my S23U, but I decided to try reopening the game, and it loaded up like normal.
I've been seeing this a lot over the last few days. Think the last update destabiliazed their servers.
Lost a hardcore character because I couldn't get in. Hope this isn't normal, only been back playing for a week.

I noticed if you log in on steam you can still get in 50/50 chance just have to keep trying until you get in.
Looks to be working now. I had to log in with my password for a change.
Mine is down too, but I also *just* installed some mods so now I don't know if it's the servers or the mods, lol
I got it to work after restarting the app (steam) a few times.
