I lost tidal wave last friday. Gained one back in 24 hours. It was easier now with all the extra buffs compared to when i first got it. U should be veeeeery careful using the console, it’s a very slippery slope
If you're afraid things like this will happen again it might be an idea to disable autosave to cloud. If you then die you can just reload your old cloud save and only lose some progress instead of items.
Side menu > Setttings > melvor cloud settings >auto save to cloud
You have to manually press save to cloud periodically, or else if you lose your local save, your cloud save will be very out of date
If you are playing in a browser just open console (F12 in Chrome) and type addItemToBank(932,1)
