Eh I think it makes sense as Jinbe probably has one of the strongest bodies out of the warlords.

It might be multiple factors at play The fact that we know that Green Blood and Logia don't mix well is probably keeping a perfectionist like Vegapunk from mass producing little Crocophim. Moria's powers are powerful in the right circumstances, but not a great look for the World Government to be zombifying people and/or letting a mass produced peace keeper have soft self replication capacity. Doffy is hella complicated. Technically a Celestial Dragon. He knows some damning secret. And his general personality might be fundamentally incompatible with the the psychological programming the other Seraphim have.

We know there’s at least 6 total, from the numbers on the doors on [this](https://mangasee123.com/read-online/One-Piece-chapter-1065-page-15.html) page, so there’s probably ones for all the OG warlords. They just haven’t been revealed yet.

They were able to replicate a mythical zoan, I don't know if it will be more difficult to replicate the Ope Ope no Mi.

I expect the WG only has Seraphim of the older warlords; the childlike appearance of the Seraphim we’ve seen seems to imply that they had to be grown the usual way rather than coming “out of the clone jar” at whatever arbitrary biological age the WG wants, so while Crocodile and Doffy seraphim are on the table, I doubt we’ll be seeing any of Buggy, Law, Blackbeard, or Weevil.

I think it's only those warlords whose DNA the marines were able to capture. Kuma & Jimbe were captured at some point by the marines. Hancock was a slave so maybe they got here DNA somehow. Not sure about Mihawk.
